So stellst du den Antrag
- Melde dich mit dem Konto bei Erabox an, das du löschen möchtest.
- Öffne Profil → Datenschutz → Konto löschen.
- Schließe die verlangte Sicherheitsprüfung ab und lies die Zusammenfassung der Folgen.
- Bestätige den Löschantrag.

Was nach dem Antrag passiert
- Erabox registriert den Antrag und schränkt die normalen Kontofunktionen während der Wartezeit ein.
- Den Antrag kannst du während der in der App angezeigten Wartezeit im selben Bereich Datenschutz widerrufen, solange er als widerrufbar angezeigt wird.
- Nach 30 Tagen startet Erabox die unwiderrufliche Löschung. Sobald sie begonnen hat, kann der Antrag nicht mehr widerrufen werden.
- Die Sitzungen werden ungültig, und die Facebook-Verbindung, einschließlich der app-spezifischen Facebook-Kennung, wird aus dem Erabox-Profil entfernt.
- Kontodaten und Inhalte werden gemäß der Datenschutzerklärung von Erabox gelöscht oder anonymisiert. Nur die unbedingt nötigen Finanz-, Buchhaltungs- oder Prüfdaten dürfen für die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Dauer aufbewahrt werden.

Wenn du dich nicht anmelden kannst
Schreib an support@erabox.ch von der E-Mail-Adresse, die mit deinem Konto verknüpft ist, um Hilfe beim Wiederherstellen des Zugangs oder bei der Löschung zu erhalten. Erabox kann eine Identitätsprüfung verlangen, bevor Personendaten bearbeitet werden.

- Sign in to Erabox with the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile → Privacy → Delete account.
- Complete the required security verification and review the impact summary.
- Confirm the deletion request.
- Erabox records the request and restricts normal account functions during the waiting period.
- You may revoke the request from the same Privacy section during the waiting period shown in the app, while the request is marked as revocable.
- After 30 days, Erabox starts irreversible deletion. Once execution has started, the request can no longer be revoked.
- Sessions are invalidated and the Facebook connection, including the app-scoped Facebook identifier, is removed from the Erabox profile.
- Account data and content are deleted or anonymised in accordance with the Erabox Privacy Policy. Only the minimum financial, accounting, or audit data required by applicable law may be retained for the legally required period.
Email support@erabox.ch from the address associated with your account for help recovering access or following the deletion procedure. For your security, never send passwords, one-time codes, Facebook tokens, or other secrets by email. Erabox may require identity verification before handling personal data.
Removing Erabox from your Facebook settings prevents future Facebook access, but it does not replace an Erabox account deletion request. To delete data held by Erabox, follow the procedure above.
