What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites save on your device when you visit them. They allow the site to recognise you, remember your preferences and collect information about how it is used.
In addition to traditional cookies, Erabox also uses mobile analytics SDKs (Firebase Analytics), which collect similar data within the iOS and Android app. In this policy, “cookies” refers to all of these equivalent technologies.
Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (kept for a set period). They can be set directly by Erabox (“first-party cookies”) or by our providers (“third-party cookies”).

Analytics cookies
We use Firebase Analytics (for the mobile app) and Google Analytics 4 (for the website) to understand how people interact with Erabox. The data is aggregated and pseudonymised. IP addresses are anonymised before being stored. Your consent is required before activation.

Advertising cookies
We use Google Ads to promote Erabox and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns (conversion tracking). With your consent, remarketing cookies may also be activated to show you relevant ads on the Google Display Network.

Third-party cookies
As well as Google, Erabox uses third-party services that may set their own cookies. Each provider is selected on the basis of GDPR compliance. Transfers to the USA take place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795) and, for data subject to Swiss law, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; failing that, under Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision (EU) 2021/914).
