Data collected and purposes
Through the waitlist form we collect just one piece of data: your email address.

We do not collect your first name, surname, phone number or browsing data, and we do not set any cookies linked to this form.

What happens to your email
Once you submit the form, your email arrives in our inbox (web@erabox.ch) and is added to an internal list used solely for the launch notification.
- You will not receive newsletters, commercial offers or regular communications
- We will not share it with third parties for marketing purposes
- We will not use it for profiling or behavioural analysis
- You will receive one email only: the one letting you know the app is available

Retention period
Your email is kept until the app is launched in the app stores. Once the notification has been sent, the waitlist data is deleted within 30 days.
If you would like to be removed from the list before the launch, write to privacy@erabox.ch — we will do so within 72 hours.

Who has access to your data
Access is limited to Erabox’s internal team. We do not sell, rent or transfer your email to third parties.
We may use technical providers (email provider, hosting) that process the data as processors bound by contractual agreements that comply with the GDPR and Swiss law (FADP).

Your rights
Confirmation that we process your email, and a copy of it.
Removal from the list at any time, with no consequences.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without penalty.
If you entered the wrong email, you can ask us to correct it.
Receiving your data in a machine-readable format.
You can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

International transfers
Waitlist data is stored on servers in Switzerland or the European Union. Any transfers to third countries take place only with appropriate safeguards: for the United States, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795) and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; in other cases, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Decision (EU) 2021/914).

Changes to this notice
Any significant changes will be published on this page with the new date. We do not plan to notify you by email of changes to the waitlist privacy notice.
